I recently purchased a 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro and had Westcott Designs add some upgrades for me. The whole process was enjoyable and Carlo made excellent suggestions! Carlo helped the team deliver their upgrades in a timely fashion, and the installation was beautiful! I got a Westcott Designs Collar Lift, 35” Toyo Open Country R/T tires, Method 305 17” wheels, Westcott Designs Rock Sliders, and RealTruck Retrax Pro Retractrable Tonneau Cover. Importantly, I wanted to protect my truck. Kevin, principal at on-site detailing shop - Mirror Imagaz Detailing, did an outstanding job applying PPF, ceramic coat and window tinting to my new truck! I highly recommend Westcott Designs!!! These guys have amazing customer service and do very quality work. I brought my 2019 4Runner to them and Jacob hooked me up! He was very professional and answered all my questions. I had them install Bilstein 5100's all the way around with their preload collar kit for a full 3" of lift in the front and now it sits perfectly level at all 4 corners. I also had them install 285/70R17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. And believe it or not, it actually rides even smoother now than when I brought it in with highway tires in the stock size!! If you are in a hurry, this is not the company for you. If you want exceptional quality, and don't mind waiting, you will be hard pressed to find anyone better than Westcott Designs. The welds are out of this world, seems a shame to powder coat them. The product is seriously over-built, and beautiful. Where they lost a star. I was a local pickup living in Phoenix, after a 3 month wait, I was notified they were ready. I thought I would have them install my rock sliders to save me some time and effort. I called 3 different days and was told I need to speak to sales to set up an install. Three times I was told I would get a call back and did not. I finally just picked them up and I will do the install myself. The guys in shipping were apologetic and where great help loading them up. Overall, I will purchase from Westcott again. Edit: What a class act! The owner called me within an hour of my posting to apologize that I didn't get a call back. He was embarrassed that they had missed this. Dropped my 4Runner off here for an alignment, not only was it the best price in town, they did it in less than an hour while I hung out in the waiting room. When it comes to Toyota's these guys know their stuff. I had taken the 4Runner to Off Road Warehouse who not only could get the 4Runner aligned, Off Road Warehouse also bent my cam tabs causing thousand dollars worth of damage. The best place to go to if you want your Truck done properly!  They go the extra mile to make sure your suspension isn't maxed out, your Toyota is leveled side to side, amazing attention to detail.  Their roof racks, ladders, sliders, etc are top notch-by far the best roof rack and ladder on the market, welding gurus. Awesome work. Took my 24 Trd pro in for a collar lift and some bigger tires. These guys nailed it. Carlo was able to squeeze me into there schedule while I was in town picking up the truck from Az.
