Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable Shipping & Warehouse Staff Member to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that products are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to our customers. The Shipping & Warehouse staff will also help maintain an organized warehouse, assist with inventory management, and support the production team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment with care and accuracy.
- Process shipping labels and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, Freight, etc.).
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Organize and keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and efficient.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as required.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping software and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, Freight) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Forklift certification a plus, but not required.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join our Manufacturing Department. This role involves working with high-precision, expensive laser cutting equipment to cut, prep, and shape steel tubing and flat aluminum sheets. The Laser Operator will be instrumental in creating the foundational components used in Westcott Designs products, including roof racks, rock sliders, ladders, and more.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laser cutting machines for steel tubing and flat aluminum sheet materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate cuts.
- Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance.
- Ensure materials are properly loaded, aligned, and processed according to job requirements.
- Inspect finished components for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Work closely with the fabrication team to support bending, welding, and assembly processes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and support overall production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating laser cutting machines in a manufacturing shop environment required.
- Knowledge of steel and aluminum material handling, cutting, and preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

The Sand Blaster will be responsible for using blasting equipment to clean, smooth, and prepare surfaces, ensuring the highest quality results that meet our production and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean parts prior to powder coating using sand blasting equipment.
- Inspect products before and after blasting to ensure surfaces are properly prepped.
- Maintain and operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with the powder coat team to meet production deadlines.
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure consistency in product finishes.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist in other areas of the Powder Coat Department as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous sand blasting or surface preparation experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to operate sand blasting equipment safely and effectively.

Job Title: Automotive CNC Operator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team in producing high-quality aluminum lift kits and other automotive parts. The ideal candidate will operate CNC machines with precision to create components that meet tight specifications, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in every step of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce aluminum lift kits and other automotive components.
- Interpret and analyze technical blueprints, CAD designs, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Load raw materials (e.g., aluminum stock) and oversee the machining process to maintain optimal efficiency.
- Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet precise tolerances and specifications.
- Adjust machine settings, offsets, and tooling as necessary to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, tooling, and processes to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and product designs.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures, protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD drawings, and machining instructions.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code) and machine operations.
- Familiarity with aluminum machining processes, including cutting, drilling, and milling.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with 5-axis CNC machines.
- Knowledge of automotive parts manufacturing, particularly lift kits.
- Familiarity with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360).
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
