Job Title: Product Assembly Associate

Position Summary

Westcott Designs is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Product Assembly Associate to join our warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in preparing finished products for inventory and customer fulfillment by assembling components, hardware, and subassemblies into completed products that meet Westcott Designs’ quality standards.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality. This role works closely with shipping, manufacturing, inventory, and quality control teams to ensure products are assembled correctly and available for customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble finished products from pre-manufactured components, hardware kits, and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Verify all required components and hardware are present prior to assembly.
• Follow assembly procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and product quality.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and report any defects, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Package completed products according to company standards for inventory or shipment.
• Maintain accurate assembly and production records as required.
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and movement of materials within the warehouse.
• Support shipping and fulfillment operations during peak periods as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, assembly guides, and product documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.

Preferred

• Experience assembling automotive, off-road, fabrication, or aftermarket products.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and warehouse equipment.

Position Overview

Westcott Designs is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machinery used to manufacture high-quality off-road and overland automotive products. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship while thriving in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC mills, routers, or related production equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, work orders, and technical specifications
  • Load materials, tooling, and fixtures to ensure accurate production runs
  • Monitor machine operations and inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy
