Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):
- Handle raw materials and perform parts prep for finishing and assembly
- Ensure accurate and high-quality production with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and areas
- Perform inspections and basic quality control
- Different machine operation capabilities and competency - Laser Tube Cutter, Tube bending, parts bending, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Manufacturing, machining, or fabrication
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Forklift or shop equipment experience a plus

Position Summary
Westcott Designs is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist to support our retail and dealer customers while helping grow sales through proactive outreach.
This is a hands-on position combining customer support, technical product assistance, order management, and inside sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable helping a customer determine the right product for their vehicle, resolving order or return issues, and picking up the phone to develop new and existing dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Technical Assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and web chat.
- Answer product and basic technical questions related to vehicle applications, fitment, installation, suspension, lift kits, wheels/tires, and other off-road accessories.
- Help customers identify the correct products for their vehicle and intended use.
- Work with production or technical team members to resolve more complex product questions.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding pricing, availability, lead times, shipping, and order status.
Returns & Customer Resolution
- Handle return, exchange, warranty, and product concern inquiries.
- Review customer issues and work toward fair and appropriate resolutions within company policies.
- Obtain photos or additional information when necessary to evaluate product concerns.
- Communicate professionally with customers throughout the resolution process.
Order Management
- Assist customers and dealers with placing orders and selecting appropriate products.
- Enter, review, and manage customer orders accurately.
- Follow up on order questions, changes, shipping concerns, and backorders.
- Coordinate internally with production, shipping, and other departments when needed.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
Sales & Dealer Development
- Proactively contact existing and prospective dealers to generate new business.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up with automotive shops, dealerships, installers, off-road retailers, and other potential partners.
- Re-engage inactive dealers and identify opportunities to increase business with existing accounts.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Educate dealers on Westcott Designs products, pricing programs, new products, and ordering procedures.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of sales activity, customer conversations, and follow-up opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and dealers by phone.
- Willing and able to make outbound sales calls and cold calls on a regular basis.
- Automotive, truck, off-road, suspension, aftermarket accessory, or related technical experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to learn vehicle applications and technical product information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer issues and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with e-commerce, CRM, order-management, and accounting systems.
- Professional judgment and ability to resolve customer concerns without constant supervision.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities while still providing a strong customer experience.

Position Summary
Westcott Designs is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Product Assembly Associate to join our warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in preparing finished products for inventory and customer fulfillment by assembling components, hardware, and subassemblies into completed products that meet Westcott Designs’ quality standards.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality. This role works closely with shipping, manufacturing, inventory, and quality control teams to ensure products are assembled correctly and available for customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble finished products from pre-manufactured components, hardware kits, and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Verify all required components and hardware are present prior to assembly.
• Follow assembly procedures to ensure consistency, safety, and product quality.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and report any defects, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Package completed products according to company standards for inventory or shipment.
• Maintain accurate assembly and production records as required.
• Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and movement of materials within the warehouse.
• Support shipping and fulfillment operations during peak periods as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred.

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable Shipping & Warehouse Staff Member to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that products are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped to our customers. The Shipping & Warehouse staff will also help maintain an organized warehouse, assist with inventory management, and support the production team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment with care and accuracy.
- Process shipping labels and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, Freight, etc.).
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Organize and keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and efficient.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as required.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping software and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, Freight) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Forklift certification a plus, but not required.
